treatment strategy, designed to enhance self-image, promote growth of a positive, productive identity,

and facilitate the development of

The workbook: Discovering Life and Liberty in the Pursuit of Happiness

is a mental health workbook based on the core principles of

Moral Reconation Therapy.

It includes 16 steps, with 12 of these typically completed in 24-26 weekly group sessions.

Clients will complete workbook homework prior to weekly group sessions. In

group clients present work and it is determined by their peers if they are ready to move to the next step.

MRT is an open group, meaning that new clients can enter an ongoing group at any time. All clients work at their own pace but are expected

to make a commitment and adequate progress with a

positive attitude for change.

Who needs or can benefit from MRT?‚Äč

Anyone who wants to develop their Inner Self, get rid of the unwanted

Personality Traits,

and make permanent Life Changes to be happier and live a more
